models that are aimed to ensure the successful outsourcing partnership

You have the option to select one of the two pricing models: Fixed Project Price or Outsourced Development Center, as well as combine these models to suit the various phases of your project on custom software, database design and web development.

Fixed Project Price Model

Fixed Project Price model is suitable for projects with well
defined requirements and schedules. When your need
is clearly specified in sufficient detail, Armada Labs
will estimate the project scope and complexity,
and provides a project delivery schedule along
with the fixed price for the complete product
development including testing and implementation.
Under this business model, Armada Labs ensures
quality delivery of the final product within a scheduled
timeframe, and the customer pays a mutually agreed
fixed price for the project implementation.

The primary advantage of this model consists in allowing the customer to determine exactly the project budget in advance. However, in comparison with the Outsourced Development Center model, Fixed Project Price contracts tend to be less flexible for managing changes and additional features requests. Any requirement changes or new feature requests occurring during the project implementation process will cause a re-negotiation of the delivery schedule and price.

Dedicated Development Center Model

Armada Labs Dedicated Development Center can be integrated with the customer's existing processes to fully support design, development, quality assurance, version control, backup and recovery, thus operating as an efficient and seamless extension of the customer's software development facilities. A Dedicated development center is popular among customers, who are looking at long-term gains from offshore outsourcing.

In this model Armada Labs reserves resources, equipment
and infrastructure, exclusively for the customer. While
such a model is normally for a pre-determined
minimal period of time, it allows the client
to leverage the talent pool of Armada Labs,
the cost effectiveness of such an offering
and superiority of our Project Management.

The Dedicated Development Center comprises
a dedicated team trained on your line of business.
This team can be changed in size when necessary ensuring
quick response to your resource requirements. Empowered
with transparent project management and progress tracking processes coupled with high-speed communication infrastructure, our clients have full control over the offshore team committed to their project.

Usually this model works best for clients who are in dynamic industries and scope of work keeps on changing even while we develop the application. With this model we don't go back and forth for every change request that gets specified but can rather implement it on the spot.

Mixed Hybrid Model.

Very often it becomes necessary to undertake a major portion of a project on a Fixed Price basis and at the same time deploy resources on a Time Pricing basis. Adopting such a model enables the client to maximize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project itself.

This model is used when client wishes to work on fixed price model and when the project scope is not detailed enough to enable us to estimate the effort with accuracy.

Based on the initial concept note we will work with you to clearly define the project scope, business model, develop project specifications and plan the development. At this time, you pay for the use of the hourly development efforts as in Dedicated Development Center model.

Once the scope is frozen the project gets converted to the fixed price model. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, Costs and Timelines are clearly defined.
