of development work creating an extensive
business management solution for Debt Consolidation
and Debt Management companies.

Prime Debt Soft is sophisticated and yet
user-friendly, computer system that makes the daily routine
of any debt management company disappear. The system's convenience and simplicity is what distinguishes us from our competitors. Daily operation is exceptionally user friendly. Our program requires from your employees only diligence and meticulousness, not high-tech skills.

Software has a web interface for client applications. As soon as the application is submitted the software generates a 100% mathematically calculated quote comparing the client's debt payoff on his own scenario vs. what the debt management company can offer. The software builds a mathematical model and generates comparison tables and graphs including amortization schedules.

Prime Debt Soft generates client agreements and other documents and correspondence with all client information automatically populated by software. Users can e-mail agreements directly from the program without the need to use any third party mail clients. All outgoing and incoming client emails are conveniently stored in each client's personal mail folder inside of the program. The user can keep track of all quotes, proposals and scenarios ever e-mailed to the client.

The user can fax agreements directly from the computer either by connecting the modem to the phone line directly or by using ANY fax server software for more advanced outgoing fax management.

The software is capable of generating agreements in different languages based on the language option selected for each individual client.

Debt Management creditor proposals are generated automatically based on client's info and individual creditor requirements. The user can create and print/email/fax proposals by one click of a mouse.

Prime Debt Soft's Accounting module is designed to resemble the interface of Quick Books which is familiar to any accountant. Each type of transaction can be highlighted in separate color to help visually distinguish them.Clients can pay with ACH, money order, check, cash and check by phone.

Software has an integrated disbursement module that can send money electronically to creditors using MasterCard RPPS and Visa E-Pay electronic payment systems

Prime Debt Soft can be setup for ACH processing through any ACH processor or even a local bank. Software can generate custom formatted ACH files according to the bank specifications or ACH processor requirements. These can be either comma separated files (CSV) or files in NACHA format.

Built in Task Manager includes all those useful time management features that can be found in Microsoft Outlook and is fully integrated in the software
