In modern business environment more and more often there is a need to transfer customer data from one business application to another. In many cases the database schema for different applications may be different, companies may be using different software, and customer data fields may not match. To add to the problem, customer profile may not always be a linear set of data, it may include additional tables with multiple datasets (i.e. customer with several credit cards, several payments and an array of notes on the account). CTM application is targeted to resolve such problems allowing multiple applications and databases communicate and transfer complete customer data files. CTM can also transfer attachment files, such as scans of customer contracts, phone conversation recordings, pictures, etc.

CTM implementation enables exporting database (Data 1) connect to CTM online server and receive and XML Data Scheme preprogrammed for its data format. Such schemes can be programmed for ANY database with ANY data in ANY format. After that CTM client on exporting database side forms an XML data file containing all of customer data that needs to be transferred.

Batch is received by CTM and stored until it's downloaded by importing database (Data 2). CTM client on importing database side downloads XML data file and XML data scheme and populates information into a import database. CTM is widely used by Debt Settlement companies utilizing Prime Debt Soft to transfer client data between front-end companies and back-end processors.
