Open Positions in our R & D center in Minsk, Belarus:

C# Developer
Responsibilities:
  • Following the tasks from Senior Developers in the team;
  • Programming in C# by utilizing MS Visual Studio;
  • Strong knowledge of MS .NET technology.
Experience and Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of C#;
  • Previous experience in ASP.NET programming;
  • Basic knowledge of XML, Microsoft SQL Server.
Requirements:
  • Good English Communication Level (reading);
  • Ability to work in a team.
QA Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of corporate processes for quality assurance;
  • Utilization of developed QA processes in ongoing projects.
Experience and Skills:
  • Experience working with tools for automatic testing;
  • Profound knowledge of testing methodology and understanding of QA processes;
  • Familiarity with SQL and other script languages.
Requirements:
  • Good English Communication Level (reading and writing) is a plus;
  • Sociability and wiliness to work in a team.
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
  • All communications with English-speaking customers related to their software projects, including phone communication;
  • Gather software requirements, analyze and evaluate with customer and software development team;
  • Advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques;
  • Develop and manager project documentation, including requirements documents, project plans, other documentation as needed;
  • Report on software development progress to the customer, manage change requests;
  • Evaluate RFPs, write Proposals.
Experience and Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and management;
  • Previous experience working with project documentation;
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently;
  • Experience working or living overseas (USA, UK, Canada) is a plus, although not required;
  • Previous work experience as Business Analyst is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work evenings.
Sales/Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Receive sales phone calls and answer customers questions regarding software functionality and pricing;
  • Follow up with prospective leads and close sales;
  • Conducts sales demos over the phone and internet;
  • Develop marketing materials, including sales e-mails, brochures, marketing web site content, press releases;
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and project team on developing product marketing and sales strategy, product pricing strategy and other marketing activities.
Experience and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Energetic, positive attitude and results oriented;
  • Superior interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction;
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently;
  • Experience working or living overseas (USA, UK, Canada) is a plus, although not required.
